Someone from another Chapter once told me that one of the things our Chapter does well is "instill pride in our members". This year will be no exception. We've got a strong enthusiastic Leadership Team heading up fourteen committees involved in different projects throughout the year. Our theme this year is FISH (Fresh Ideas Start Here) and we'll be "making a splash"! I encourage all our members to get involved in the "fintastic" things we have planned.

We are committed to YOU, our valuable hospitality members. We are concentrating on getting you the best return on your investment in your membership through:

• Incredible educational programs on current industry topics
• Monthly networking opportunities
• Incredible resources to help increase your sales
• Chances to showcase your product or service through sponsorships, donations, and free Business profiles in our Chapter newsletter
• Discounts on products and services to help tighten up the bottom line
• Professional educational designation program- CHME (Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive) for professional advancement

Our Chapter also focuses on giving back to the community through partnerships, charitable volunteer events and fundraisers.

In addition, we're creating programs to help students get a start in our industry to ensure a strong future for our industry.
